I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Surabaya. The first thing that stood out to me was the incredible value for money. The prices were extremely reasonable, especially considering the great location - close to a shopping mall, the city center, and even the Indonesian Naval museum. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were well-maintained and the staff made sure that basic amenities were always replenished. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I must mention the awesome TV channels which made my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast offered a variety of options, with a good mix of Asian flavors.

Everything was spot on, no complaints at all.

The comfortable king-size bed and ample electronic outlets were a plus, along with the secure safe and in-room electric kettle.

My xmas stay was cozy at a hotel close to the train station and key attractions. the room was equipped with soap, coffee, tea, water bottles, and toothbrushes. the modern, clean design of the hotel and awesome TV channels were also a plus.

I wish the hotel had more western-style breakfast options and the Asian-style buffet was a bit pricier. the AC unit was not properly maintained, so there were some minor temperature control issues.

I loved the location of this hotel near the train station, it made traveling very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities werenice and neat. Not only was the breakfast buffet delicious, but there were also many different options to choose from.

If you're in search for a cozy place to stay that's walking distance to pretty much everything, this hotel may be your perfect pick! Not only is it near Indonesian Naval Museum but also close to the train station. the rooms are clean, staff are friendly and accommodating and the AC works well - ideal for Surabaya's weather. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a few bugs in the bathroom and the check-in process, the hotel provides an overall comfortable and enjoyable experience.
